Mr. Anastasios Kallergis graduated from the Polytechnic School of the University of Patras. His dissertation addressed waste management systems. For over a decade, he worked for a large public works construction company and supervised major, high-profile projects, such as the excavations of and the foundations for the New Acropolis Museum, the design of the building and surrounding areas of the new airport in Kalymnos, the expansion and modernization of the Ioannina Archaeological Museum, the construction of civil works for the Tramline in Glyfada, the construction of the waste management and treatment plants in Patra and Agrinio, and many others. He has also undertaken and completed several renovations of private residences and is a certified Energy Inspector.

Mr. Kallergis handles the issuance of small and large-scale building permits, the correction and legalization of building violations, the renovation of properties. He also conducts searches to locate and retrieve property building records. He also issues engineer certifications, which are required for the conveyance of real estate.

Mr. Kallergis speaks English fluently and maintains a wide network of professional contacts in the field of construction, which our office and clients frequently employ for any issue associated with real estate.
